Comes with the ORIGINAL GAME CARTRIDGE, THE ORIGINAL INSTRUCTION BOOKLET, the original hard plastic sleeve and the original outer box.
Outer box is in very good condition with no split or broken corners, has some wear in lid & corners only. Instruction manual has some minor handling wear but no handwriting; does have a couple of turned corners but no other significant flaw. Game cartridge has a very clean, unflawed label, and the cartridge has clean connections and worked great the last time it was played, although we don't own an NES anymore so we can't test it now. Plastic sleeve is perfect. Requires 3-D glasses for full effect (not included).
