The design provides for great flexibility in your collection - if you only want to collect pncs from the Transportation series, now you can without having to pay for album pages you won’t use and don’t want - just buy Volume I only. But if you want to collect singles for all pncs issued by the U.S., you can do that very inexpensively by purchasing both volumes in the series. It’s your collection, and this setup allows you to determine how you want to collect these great stamps.
Save money by buying only the volume that you want, or get a discount if you buy both at the same time. Save money - these album pages are much lower in cost than those that are commercially available from other sources. Buy both volumes at the same time and save even more.

Pages for both of the albums in the series are printed on 8 1/2” x 11” high-quality bright white 32# paper, one-sided printing, pre-punched for a three-ring binder (not included). The pages are not numbered so they can be arranged in any order you prefer (i.e., by year, by denomination, by issue, etc.). When mailed to you, Volume I - the Transportation coil pages - will be arranged in order from lowest denomination to highest denomination. The Volume II pages (all other PNCs) will be mailed in chronological order. But since they’re loose-leaf pages and not numbered, you can easily re-arrange any or all of them to suit your preference.
