Because of high US bank currency exchange fees, all payments must be in US funds. We accept payment by money order in US dollars, personal check in US dollars if drawn on a US bank, PayPal (click on the PayPal logo below or go to www.paypal.com), or well-concealed US currency (sent at your own risk).

For your convenience a PayPal shopping cart is available for the items that we typically have in stock all of the time. These are mostly stamps, since we usually only have one-each of postcards and other items. We don’t want to install a shopping cart for items of limited availability because we don’t want two people to buy the same item that we only have one of, at about the same time. We trust you’ll understand and agree with our reasoning. We've provided the shopping cart so that ordering & paying for some of our items will be much easier for you. You don't have to use the shopping cart (or PayPal) to place an order, it's just one way we’ve provided for you to order and pay for the items you want. In fact, because of the expense (which we have to pass on to buyers) we prefer that you not pay by using PayPal. We've provided a link so that you can easily send us a PayPal payment. If you prefer to mail your payment, please send us an email and we'll give you detailed instructions on where to send it.
Items paid for by money order, PayPal, or cash will ordinarily be shipped the same day or the day after we receive your payment. If you pay by personal check, please allow some time for your check to arrive and clear before we ship.

We ordinarily ship your order within one to two business days after we receive your payment, and often the same day, but if you pay by check, please allow some time for your check to clear. All items are shipped to you FAST, securely packaged and clearly marked with our name and return address so you may identify them as friendly mail and open with confidence.

USPS Parcel Post for larger or heavier items
USPS Media Mail for items that qualify
USPS Priority Mail (additional charge)
Standard UPS Ground for very heavy items only

All items are packed as safely and securely as we can to prevent damage in transit if postal handling is normal, but because we can’t prevent postal handling abuse or loss during transit, insurance is recommended and available at your additional cost. The cost of insured shipping to a US address is an additional $1.45 for up to $50 value and an additional $2.45 for up to $100 value. Please inquire for the cost of insured shipping for items valued at more than $100. We will not be responsible for shipments lost or damaged by the post office or UPS unless insurance is paid for. All record albums and 45s are shipped in mailers that are specially designed to protect them in transit, although even these mailers will not prevent damage due to abuse during postal handling. Please advise if you wish the album shipped outside the record jacket, if you do not request otherwise the vinyl will be shipped inside the jacket to provide additional protection for the vinyl. Please understand that the cost of shipping includes labor and packing materials as well as the actual postal cost. We cannot control what the post office charges for shipping, and we only add a reasonable, small additional charge to help cover our time and materials needed for safe packaging.
