A very small cover with a Feb 13 1918 cancellation franked with a 3 cent Washington-Franklin stamp (not checked for which one it is). Inside the cover is an adorable die-cut Valentine's Day card.
The little boy sitting on the chair is saying "It's lots of fun to come to tea / When two are there instead of three". The other side of the card features a little girl pouring tea at a table, and she and the table are die cut and removable from the card by pulling the provided tab.
The only writing on the card is on the back, and it says "Sarah from Sams (?)
A nice vintage paper item and a very sweet Valentine.
