We're stamp collectors ourselves, and we know that the huge number of stamps recently put out by many countries caused many collectors to shift their focus from Mint Never Hinged stamps ("unmounted", for those in the Commonwealth) to much less expensive, but still beautiful, used examples. We believe collectors of used stamps, even inexpensive ones, deserve to get the same type of service that collectors of much more expensive mint stamps receive.
